In 2019, this 3,960 sq. ft. Tomball residence underwent a complete transformation following severe flood damage. The full remodel and rebuild totaled $180,000, covering structural reconstruction, plumbing reconfiguration, HVAC replacement, electrical upgrades, and a redefined interior layout.
The renovation included the removal of load-bearing walls and installation of new structural beams, complete replacement of drywall and insulation, modernized bathrooms and kitchen, and the addition of an exterior patio.
